Just curious. Which one is better? In regards to job, living and culture? suppose that one can get the relatively same amount of $$.

definitely mattersFuManChusco wrote:do you want to work in Boston or D.C.?
100% location. Both could take you to NYC. Likely very tough to go to Boston from GW and vice-versa. I only know 5 people with bigfirm jobs in DC this summer - and only 2 are not on law review. Could be self-selection, but still.itsnotrealme wrote:So it's all about the location?
Illiterate much? Maybe Fordham would be a good choice because you could at least easily beat this guy out in the curve.chicoalto0649 wrote:fordham

Foggy Bottom surely leaves a bit to be desired, but DC has better affordable neighborhoods than Boston (Logan, U St, Columbia Heights, etc.)JOThompson wrote:Choose according to your market preference. As far as vibe goes, I visited both and liked the area surrounding BU much more than GW.
I lived in DC for 2 years and now I'm in Boston. It doesn't get much cheaper than Allston. I paid 650$ including heat and hot water for a 3 bed 1 bath literally accross the street from the T. Theres no way you'll find anything close to as cheap as that in DC unless you don't care if you get stabbed on the way to school.cortnf wrote:Foggy Bottom surely leaves a bit to be desired, but DC has better affordable neighborhoods than Boston (Logan, U St, Columbia Heights, etc.)JOThompson wrote:Choose according to your market preference.
