Which of the top 10-20 do I have a realistic shot at? Should I bother with any of the 5-9?

Your best shot at the T14 is to ED to one of MVPD. Otherwise, you're going to ride a lot of waitlists from schools ranked 10-15. You're likely in at Vandy and will get money from WUSTL on up. (FWIW, I'm 170/3.4 App list is in my profile).

Thanks for the insight. You don't recommend Georgetown or Cornell?

For ED? No; MVPD (and N, if you have work experience) are superior schools. But for RD, both GULC and Cornell might be worth an app. (I'm not applying to GULC because I have zero interest in attending and they wouldn't give me a fee waiver).

Just to clarify, I am a non-resident, non-URM. So I have no chance at UVA rd?

Probably not, though you're auto-admit if you ED.

Thanks for your help. It's really amazing how much of a difference ED makes.
