3.1 gpa and 169 Lsat

I have a 3.1 GPA and got a 169 on the LSAT. Just working graduated college and no impressive softs.
I am from the DC area and would like to stay on the east coast, so I don't even want to apply to Minn or wustl.
What top 50 schools do you think are definitely in my range? and are there any top 25 that are worth a shot?
Thanks

I have similar numbers (slightly lower LSAT), and I'd check out the following east-coast schools:
William & Mary
Washington & Lee
Wake Forest
Fordham
George Mason
George Washington
University of Maryland
Unfortunately I've heard that BC & BU are pretty GPA selective, but they may be worth a shot. GW and Fordham may be a bit tricky with the GPA, but you could consider their part time programs. If you're from the DC area as in a VA or MD resident, in-state is really attractive at W&M or UMD.
Good luck!

Retake, score 1 more point (170) and enjoy UVa.

realistically, would a 1 point jump me from being risky just to get into GW to getting into UVA? seems like I'd have to bump my score up a little more than that because of my low gpa.

ED. TLS conventional wisdom seems to indicate that 3.+/170+ is most likely in for UVa ED, and 3.+/170+/2+ yrs WE is very likely an in for Northwestern ED. Least people have been saying that for me. But fwiw I have a 3.5 so I guess the situation may be different. But I think it is true that Northwestern cares more about WE (having it) than GPA.
170 seems to be the magical mark that gives you a chance into the T14.

I'm in no way saying you should do this but my thinking was if I completely bombed the LSAT (I have a good gpa) and couldn't do better I would go to Tulane and try to sneak a job in by doing admiralty law and possibly civil law -- since you'll only learn it in Louisiana and Tulane is the best school in Louisiana. Your LSAT might make that not worth it to you but that was my plan C and might not be a bad safety. I have no idea if there actually jobs in admiralty law though.
