What do you think of this list?

Georgia State is ranked #60 overall with the #3 (or 4) program in Health Law.

What do I think?

Meh. Obviously their only way of measuring "value" is the cost of tuition. However, to use an extreme example, a person will most likely get more value out of an expensive Yale education than an inexpensive University of Bumblefuck one.

BYU is a good deal though.

i would vote UNC instate and out state is pretty cheap.

Yale is the best value law school. No question.

Univ. of Nebraska in-state. Cost per year $13,337.05 x3 (Out of state = $28,649) + low COL est. ~$8,000.00 X3 = ~$72,000
but. . .
Median starting salary = $59,774

Still not a bad deal IMO.

Although you're probably saying this as a result of their career placement, their COAP is what really seals the deal on this. Even if you don't get a job from Yale, you don't have to worry about any debt because they won't make you pay anything---including on your undergrad loans!

Blatant anti-UVA and UM trolling by the list.
They are both public and better value than most of the list.
(And why not add Berkeley too, though I think it's overpriced, but still worth sticker more than the rest of the list)

Also, the list has Texas Tech as one of the best value school with no mention of UT. $29K for in-state students.

UVa UM and Berk are public in name only. The tuition feels rather private. Job prospects are better than any other publics though.

Wow. Best plan of attack ever. No looking at the amount of money made by the average grad, nor the average prestige of job, nor the average quality of life reports.

This literally looks at employment as a yes or no proposition.

I know Yale is nearly universally regarded as number one, but in all fairness I think Harvard is the best value. Harvard has at least as strong of an alumni network, equal job opportunities, but also has a better reputation outside of the legal profession. As proof look at the Supreme Court: there are 6 Harvard alumni and 3 Yale alumni. Even if Yale is better academically, Harvard still seems to me to be a better value... even if I'm not really competitive for either one lol.

Yale is a better value.

There are, however, plenty of reasons to choose Harvard over Yale (though SCOTUS placement isn't one of them)

Their 'methodology' is clearly BS. But isn't this list actually a collection of law schools that might be reasonable to attend if you can't cut a T-14 and you want to live in the area?

You're right. It's not a coincidence. It's because Harvard is over twice the size as Yale. Divide those numbers by average class size and you'll get a different conclusion.
