Top Law Schools

Buffalo dropped from 85 to tier 3 this year, anyone know any reasons for this. Syracuse jumped from t3 to 90, in a way replacing it. I know that this far down the rankings a couple spots here and there don't have any effect but dropping tiers is notable.

The raw scores of low T2 and T3 schools are so close that there's just no difference. 15 spots here and there is no biggie.
