My guess would be Duke. UVA is pretty southern, so if you want to consider that a school in the south, then thats another solid choice.glcoupe wrote:What is the best law school in the south? Both ranking, prestige, placement, alumni base.

True. But since you have been in Florida for three years, then you should know that Florida's not Southern. At least not the good parts.Adu wrote:I've been living in FL for three years now and UF is very well seen down here. I can't help for other states though :-s

lol I'm sorry. Before being in FL for three years I was living in Europe; I'm still adapting.....CyLaw wrote:True. Florida joke. With most of the inhabitants being northern snow birds, or the descendants of them, most of the state is quite Northern in attitude (except the panhandle and Jacksonville). Granted I been out of the state for quite a while.thecilent wrote:Florida's not southern??? What.CyLaw wrote:True. I can tell you that Jacksonville is pretty southern to me; red necks everywhere. I am not used to it, so I notice it easily. UF being in Gainsville I am not sure if it is mostly southern or nothern people.CyLaw wrote:Florida joke.
