Serious question - Has there been / does anyone know of a more moronic criteria for attending a law school than the one aforementioned? (no offense to the OP) just curious.

Well OP I happen to be quite ticklish. I have to be in the right mood but when I am I laugh hysterically. For the record I will be at UW-Madison lol. However, I cannot speak for my other classmates and how ticklish they might be lol.

Sesame Street College of Law.. Its a tier 4. A lil red monster named Elmo goes there, I heard he was quite ticklish.
