T2 sticker v. T4 $$$

So I am somewhat restricted geographically due to my wife's job, and the only three schools available are a T-30 which I am waitlisted at, a T2 at sticker, and a T4 with about a 2/3 scholly (would cost about $10,000 a year in tuition and no matter where I go I will have no extra living expenses other than what I already have). What would others do in this situation, take the $$$ at a less far less reputable school, pay for a T2, or retake and try again at the T-30? My current stats are 160/3.52. Any advice is appreciated.
Edit: Oh and the scholly has a top 1/3 requirement with it...sucks

100% depends on what schools we are talking about and what your career goals are.

Retake/reapply if you think you can get an LSAT that would give you an acceptance next cycle as opposed to the WL you got this cycle.

Here we go again. And I quote... myself:
What is so hard about APPLYING TO THE BEST SCHOOL IN THE REGION IN WHICH YOU WISH TO PRACTICE?!(!*#(!*
After the T-14 (and certinaly after the T-14 + Texas, UCLA, and Vandy), schools are ALL REGIONAL.
Don't apply to Seattle U, Florida, and ASU unless you would be happy to practice in either Washington, Florida, or Arizona.
*Bangs head against wall*

Lulz, my bad. Its not easy keeping up this level of vitriol for hours and spewing it at the new June LSAT score recipients.

Agreed. And I have no plans on applying to random places. As I said, I have already applied to three regional schools I already live in and must make a decision on what to do concerning them and them only.
Concerning other appreciated comments, big-law would be nice but is in no way a must or deal breaker. Really, I would probably be happiest working in a 25-30 person type of office that will allow me to provide for my family and live comfortably. The wife and I aso plan to stay in the region as well (Virginia, North and South Carolina). And the schools are WM, Richmond, and Regent. I know all of the negativity surrounding Regent, but it is a sizable offer close to where I live. I also forgot to mention that I can get a year deferral if I chose to retake.

Ha, sorry if I came accross as rude in my above reply. I was confused about your response as well but no worries

Since the OP doesn't seem to want to answer, in the spirit of getting helpful replies I think that the schools are:
William and Mary, University of Richmond, and Regent (though possibly Liberty/Appalachian).

There is no way you should pay sticker for Richmond.
The strings are way too strict on your Regent scholarship (and I would caution even going there on a full ride with little strings. Same for Liberty & Appalachian).
There are a million people on W&M's waitlist, so I don't know how much of a shot you have there.
I think the usual retake & reapply advice is the best thing for you. I would say try to get a couple more points and go to George Mason.
