UCD at full price or SMU with $30,200 per year of scholarship? No preference for location.

Hmm...Davis for $50k+ a year or SMU for $4-5k per year? Not really a tough decision here...

SMU but I don't see how you could be impartial between these two locations...they are so radically different.

Sacramento is one of the cheapest major cities in CA. It's not as cheap as Dallas, but it's definitely a midpoint between Dallas and a city like SF or LA. Still, SMU is TCR

SMU. You're more likely to actually get a job in Texas, since the TX economy isn't circling the drain.
