UGA$$/Bama$$$/(Vandy) Decision

I saw there was a similar topic this morning, but didn't want to threadjack so I'm asking here.
I have almost a full tuition scholarship at Bama, In-state tuition at UGA, and have been waitlisted at Vandy so the decision now is mainly between UGA and Bama.
To Consider:
I know that I want to work in either Georgia or South Carolina.
I like both cities, but prefer Athens to Tuscaloosa.
I enjoyed both schools and would feel comfortable studying at either.
I am interested in working in prosecution, or civil litigation (preferably BIGLAW/boutique).
I worked through and after undergrad so I have some savings, and my parents have offered to help out a little. My total debt at UGA would be for cost of living, and total debt at Bama would be negligible (under $5000).
As of now, I'm leaning toward taking the In-state tuition at UGA because of the alumni network throughout Georgia that would help in a job search and because UGA has a prosecutorial clinic.
Just looking for insight into this decision and also for what I should do/consider if Vandy offers a spot off the waitlist later in the summer. Thanks.
