Pitt ($) vs. W&L ($) vs Chi-Kent ($$)

Pitt @ 8k a year: above median
W&L @ 6k a year: above median
Chi-Kent at 20K: above 3.25 (above median nets 10k)
I want to study IP law with the intention of working on the music/internet side of copyright (i.e. DMCA, DRM, etc)
I know W&L is the highest ranked, but the other two seem to have more IP potential (dedicated programs, certificates, etc) Also, even with the 6k pity scholly, W&L is still 32k a year.
I would have ruled out chi-kent because I want to go to a school with a real campus (as opposed to an office building), but I do like their financial offer...and Chicago rocks!
any thoughts?
