Best splitter schools. High GPA, lower LSAT

What are some of the best options? I'm 3.8/159. I'd like to practice in Texas or the vicinity. However, if there are some better options that are friendly to my splitter situation, I'd definitely apply.

you can check my profile...a bunch of these schools don't want to reject a high GPA, but with a lower LSAT they are all about the wait list. I'd retake the LSAT, wish I had done that.

this is the perfect example of why neither gpa nor lsat score is an accurate determinant of how well you will do in law school. you can retake the lsat if you arent happy with your score, but if you mess up a semester or two in undergrad there is nothing you can do about it

Houston. And like everyone else said... retake. Your GPA is great. If you an boost your score to 168+ I'd shoot for UT.

Pretty much, but what else are they going to use. We can rant about the failures of all standarized tests, LSAT, ACT, SAT, IQ tests etc. Just not sure what else admissions can use. Can't blame them really, it is all they got.
