not re-taking the LSAT so that is out of the question
still waitlisted at Loyola Chicago so that may be an option after June 15th.
Marquette and MSU are full time all three years, and Depaul is part-time for the first year and with some summer classes I can switch to full time and finish in 3 years regardless of grades.

Marquette is lower priced, more respected, and in a better area job wise than the other 2.

Marquette is more than a fine school if you're willing to live in Wisco for the rest of your life. Even if not, I'd recommend it over the other two.

Not having to take the bar = TautomaticallyCR.

If you went part time do you have a career that you can support yourself on during the day?
I know WI legal market is hurting bad, with top Madison students getting shut out of ANY WI jobs. I imagine in Michigan it is even worse.
I think you are playing Russian Roulette if you are taking out loans to do this. Is there any chance you could delay for a year and see what the market looks like when the smoke clears?

If you must, Marquette. COL is lower, you're not placing into as competitive a job market, tuition in general is lower. But prepare to do some serious legwork to find employment from either school. I know someone in the top 10% at Marquette, and someone in the top 15% at MSU, and neither of them can find jobs right now. They both graduate in a week or so. Luckily, the one at MSU got a 3/4 scholarship, so he won't be saddled with 30 years of school-loan debt, and the one that is at Marquette is getting significant help from his parents.
Just things to consider when thinking about paying full tuition at any of these places.
