What difference would a year make?

How much do you think the job market will improve in another year?

I'm planning on starting law school this fall, am very excited about it, and don't like my current job. That said my current job does pay well and isn't stressful. I don't really want to defer but I figure I should at least consider the added benefit of another year of job market recovery. So how much better do you think job prospects will look for the class of '14 than the class of '13?

I don't think its worth sitting out an extra year. It looks like the recovery is going to be long and slow. You also run the risk of the job market being worse. If the problems in the euro zone persist and countries like spain, greece and portugal default on their debts, we could have another global financial crisis.

I'm pretty sure the real answer is "nobody knows."
