UGH, new info, please help me decide!

What I'm most concerned with is getting a job and being able to pay off loans. Factoring in Scholarhips+parental help+savings I made conservative estimates on the total cost of each school:
Pitt: 50k for 3 years
PSU: 55k for 3 years
Wake: 85k for 3 years
I'm aiming to practice in Eastern or Western PA, dream to work in DC (but GW said no and American didn't give any $). Also wouldn't mind Central PA or NC, also have connections in Chicago and might want to go back at some point. Want to work as a DA or PD, but getting a job is the main focus. I know these aren't ideal options but which one would have the best chance of...
1. getting a job to pay off the debt
2. getting me in criminal law
3. getting a good job on the east coast/chicago
