I'm interested in international humanitarian law, which school should I choose, Pitt or Case?

After graduation, I definitely wouldn't want to live in Cleveland, but I wouldn't mind living in Pittsburgh. But I do want to go to the school that will give me the best opportunities and help me out.

That sums up the reasoning behind my vote. Go to Pitt.

Case will give you more out of state portability (only ~40% stay in the midwest).

But its cost is jaw-droppingly high without a scholarship. Therefore, I would go with pit.

Don't take this the wrong way, but international law, like Santa, Jesus, and the unicorn, is a myth. No one should base their decision on wanting to practice international law. Case will place better on the east coast, particularly in DC, but if you don't make top 25%, you may be stuck in Ohio. For me, that's not a bad thing because I love Cleveland, but obviously that is not an option for you. I would say Pitt is your safest bet.

This was the decision I had to make last year, I chose Pitt. I'm glad I did.
