Final Choice

Note: Numbers above are the total CoA (including living expenses) per year after scholarships are factored in.
I know this is my third thread on this but, I have my aid statements finally and can now make a final decision (barring an occult ritual of some sort causing UCD to grant me a miracle acceptance). Here are the things important to my decision:
1. Job Availability - As noted in my previous posts, I want to go to where I can have the highest chances of getting a decent job. If a certain legal market or school makes that more likely I am willing to take that.
2. Area - NY = CA > DC
3. Debt - Not that big of a deal to me personally but a small consideration.
Some reasonings would also be appreciated. Also note that I have a liberal arts UG degree so IP is not an option.
