Both schools are very regional, I would go to Southwestern if you want to practice in LA.

Yep... transferring is seriously a crapshoot, so always go to the school that you wouldn't mind graduating from. If you're completely unhappy with the schools you got into, you're better off retaking the LSAT and trying again a year later.

Southwestern does decently in LA, especially in entertainment law.
