I recently visited Tulane and loved the school, however I would have to pay sticker.

I'm aware Brooklyn is not a T50 however I'm not so sure about paying sticker at Tulane. Also, is Brooklyn with $10k a year a better choice than Cardozo?

$10k a year isn't gonna make much of a dent when you consider cost of living in Brooklyn. fwiw I turned down a huge scholarship offer from Brooklyn ($119k total) and will be going to Tulane with a smaller scholarship ($25k per year)

This is one of those cases where your decision should really be driven by where you want to work.

I've heard the assertion that because NYC is saturated with better schools than Brooklyn, a resume stands out with Tulane on it. I don't know whether or not I believe that Tulane, with greater name recognition, is better for NYC employment than Brooklyn.

The cost of living in NY negates the $10,000 scholarship.

1st question: I would say Tulane every time (when you are paying the same price). Personally, I'm not an advocate of paying sticker anywhere. However with only a $10,000 at Brooklyn, it would still cost more than Tulane over three years.

2nd question: I'm not familiar with the differences between the two. They appear to be interchangeable, but I think Cardozo is making a name for itself at a faster pace than Brooklyn (but I'm neither in NYC, nor am I in personal contact with a lot of hiring counsels/partners in NY).
