I was just accepted to UConn last week. But I have a $5k scholly from Buffalo.
As someone who lives and wants to practice in NYC (I have no illusions of Big Law)--what would be the better choice?
Is paying $81K of tuition at UConn (1st year at $41K, 2nd and 3rd at in-state 20K) worth it over roughly $35K at Buffalo?
-------------
UPDATE: I was just made an Ellsworth Scholar at UConn which reduces my 1st year out-of-state tuition to 20K (effectively making me in-state). So now we're talking about 60K of tuition at UConn vs. 35K at Buffalo.
I'm leaning towards UConn now, but will be attending both schools' ASDs next month.

Re: UConn Sticker vs. Buffalo $
That's a really tough decision, actually, b/c of the debt difference. I LOVE UConn, so I'd probably choose that school, but if you want NY in general it may be a wash, I don't know.
