Full rides at both...
Well, the higher ranked school is probably the better bet, since you have full rides to both, and they are in the same city...

If you want IP-definitely Cardozo. Cardozo is in the village...BLS is right next to all the courthouses...

yeah, I kind of expected these lukewarm answers to a question like this, I guess its gonna come down a lot to what I want more, location, etc....no ground breaking answers here..

Is the second sentence supposed to follow from the first somehow?
Nonetheless, if cost is equal, obviously you take the higher ranked school.

Also as far as location, the schools are actually really close to each other by train - you could easily live in Brooklyn and commute to Cardozo or vice versa. Neither school is in a very interesting immediate area and both are close to pretty cool neighborhoods.

I went to ASD at Cardozo, and a current student described it exactly as that. Said he felt comfortable at Cardozo, and his friend felt comfortable at Brooklyn, and they both chose the school they liked for that reason. I would visit both schools, see which environment and programs work best for you. Also check if there are any strings for either scholarship. I know Cardozo requires a minimum GPA for some scholarships.
