I got accepted into Fordham- should I consider it?

I love New York (visited there 3 weeks ago, loved it even with all the snow!) and I loved Fordham even more (took a tour).

Thing is, is it honestly worth it, over my other acceptance so far, George Washington University? I still have many apps pending, but with Georgetown outright rejecting me, I just don't know how far I'll get with Cornell, USC, and BU really (stats: 3.4, 169).

Is Fordham pretty successful at big law placement (like they say they are), or not really?

I'm by no means an expert, but from what I've read on this site Fordham and GWU have very similar placement rates in their respective markets. In NYC, Fordham does well with BigLaw - top 30% has a shot. Both schools are increasingly building a national reputation, though I'd say that GWU has a slight edge. If you don't mind living in NYC for a few years after law school though, then I'd say go with Fordham.

For NYC biglaw, after the T14, no other school competes with Fordham. BU, GW, and other peer schools have a similar edge in their own cities. NYC got hit hard by the recession, but we believe things are slowly turning around. I have mostly anecdotal evidence, but I've been doing as much research as possible, just because I want to know what things will be like for my classmates.

^ My parents are paying so I don't really care.

Well at this point I am seriously considering Fordham, just need to see what happens with my UCLA waitlist and other schools like USC, Cornell and BU.
