Hello everyone,

At the moment I am considering between Seton Hall and Penn State. Seton gave me a better scholarship than Penn State. However, I have read through some of the blogs and several people have had bad things to say about Seton Hall, its professors and job prospects after graduation. I have yet to see the same with Penn State. Can anyone elaborate further. I know Seton Hall has a great Healthcare Law program (Which is one of my interests besides Corporate Law) and thats pretty much it. As for Penn State they have an excellent program in Dispute Resolution. I am confused as to whether or not the Healthcare law program is overrated. Would it be a mistake to chose Penn State over Seton Hall?

The amount of scholly is an important factor to give you feedback. Including cost of living, what will be your total cost of each school?

First of all thank you for the reply. Seton Hall is giving me 25 K per yea, while Penn State is giving me 10 K per year. Penn State is going to be 55K -10K (Scholar) = 45 K. Seton Hall is 60K -25K (Schorlarship) = 35k to 40K a year. I am concerned about my job prospects after graduating from either school.

You have to consider the total cost of attendance. Not just tuition. SH is like $10K more per year in cost of living, etc. That takes the difference in scholarship off the table really. Have you visited either campus? Talked to profs or current 1L or 2L's? This isn't really about the money.
