IMO, If you want to work non-profit, public interest, I'd say go where you will have least amount of debt.

one potential drawback to the T2 is a small and relatively young alumni base. will this make any difference in public interest law? or is it more so networking as you go?
UNLV?

1) Fordham PT, no aid, but a job that would cut the cost in half. solid NLJ250 placement

2) solid T2, full scholarship. best in it's state (and not in a crowded legal market). good clerkship placement

both locations (geographically) have pros and cons, and essentially equal. where should i go?

UNLV. If you want PI and aren't thinking T14 you shouldn't pay sticker. This is super extra true for Fordham PT with 4 years insane COL. If you are happy to practice in Nevada, I think you've got yourself a pretty sweet deal. A PI starting salary goes are loooong way in the desert. :D
