Financial Aid USC vs. UIUC

I have yet to receive financial information on USC, but I have received 30k per year from UIUC. Would these schools be comparable enough to bargain against each other? I don't know if i can afford USC at sticker but I was hoping someone could shed light on whether or not I had a legitimate shot at obtaining money by discussing the UIUC offer with USC? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
