Apparently Liu from Boalt is being nominated to the 9th Circuit, just wondering what this means for grads coming out if he is confirmed.

Well, if we must promote a Boalt Asian, I prefer John Yoo.

Damn, 39 years old and his daughter's only 2 years old. I guess brilliant professors have to make personal sacrifices.
