I would probably say Mich or Duke, coming down to personal preference between the two.

Career interests? Geographical pref? Have you visited any of them?

Michigan or Duke if you're set on BigLaw in a primary market. Could see ND or Vandy if you're more regional or debt averse. UVA is out unless you're locked in to DC.

+ 1. Michigan placed 3rd in 2009, after Yale and Harvard, for placement into entry level academia.
