Stanford vs. Yale.....to the death!
Stanford vs. Yale. Literally. Who would win? Stanford is probably filled with nerds who have learned to defend themselves from bullies throughout their lives as students. Yale students, however brainy and feeble, are probably hardened from living in the 'hood for 3 years. Who wins in hand-to-hand combat? What about a swordfight? Duel with pistols? It's important that I know the answer to these questions, and more, immediately! Also, feel free to discuss mortal combat between students at other schools.

Stanford students go to the gym way too much to be pushovers.guyincognito wrote:Stanford vs. Yale. Literally. Who would win? Good point. I think that would only be relevant for hand-to-hand combat though. I bet yale students would be good with exotic weaponry from all their time spent studying abroad...

No way man. BYU for sure. Try walking the streets of Provo, Utah on a Friday night and you will see what I mean. Plus they are all sober as judges-that could come in handy in a fight to the death.LSATfromNC wrote:What about toughest school? I vote temple or rutgers (either one ).

I don't know about the toughest, but I bet Berkley is the weakest. If you could get any Berkley students to fight in the first place, they would probably be too stoned to defend themselves well. Plus their hair would keep getting in their eyes.

Say what you will about Boalters, but leave tree-smokers out of this!guyincognito wrote:I don't know about the toughest, but I bet Berkley is the weakest. My apologies. I should clarify: while I myself am a strong advocate of getting stoned, I just don't think it would be helpful in a fight to the death.Great Satchmo wrote:Say what you will about Boalters, but leave tree-smokers out of this!guyincognito wrote:I don't know about the toughest, but I bet Berkley is the weakest. I'm thinking Texas is probably pretty tough because they all have shotguns. Those are useful in a fight.LSATfromNC wrote:What about toughest school? I vote temple or rutgers (either one ).

Oh, and by the way, this is the reason why Yale will never win a physical fight in their lives: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGn3-RW8Ajk

This brings back a memory. When I was working at Stanford last year, I decided to give their gym a try, I figured there may be more talent than the disappointing local 24 hour fitness.ConMan345 wrote:Stanford students go to the gym way too much to be pushovers.
I've never overheard so many nonchalant conversations about multiple ivy league graduate degrees per capita.

Stanford would create a death beam, while Yale would debate the socio-political ramifications of being killed by said death beam

lol, indeed. Looking around at the alma mater t-shirts people have on is also an indication that you're not in Kansas anymore.Great Satchmo wrote:This brings back a memory. And then Cooley would argue that it is the number of seats in the library, rather than the number of laser death beams, that should determine the ranking of a school.Dignan wrote:And UVA would put the death beam on a waistlist.Borhas wrote:Stanford would create a death beam, while Yale would debate the socio-political ramifications of being killed by said death beam

Harvard successively defeats Yale and Stanford due to numeric superiority, annexes the students of its vanquished foes, and unleashes a crimson wave of destruction upon the rest of the T14.

And trains an alumnus to become president who isn't even an American citizen and he wins! Harvard +1 billion points.knola002 wrote:Harvard successively defeats Yale and Stanford due to numeric superiority, annexes the students of its vanquished foes, and unleashes a crimson wave of destruction upon the rest of the T14.
Edit: Joking about citizenship for effect. I'm not in the position to confirm/deny that.
