Realistic Expectations

Alright, need your help out there...
161, 3.84. 8-year Marine Corps vet (still on active duty). DGI: University of Maryland University College (almost all online). Did complete one year at Wisconsin (3.94). WI resident.
Okay, so I have been accepted to Baylor ($$$), Penn State ($$), Syracuse, and Louisville, waitlisted at Wisconsin, and rejected at UVA (Shocker!). I am still waiting to hear from ASU, UNC, William & Mary, Minnesota, UIUC, and UT. I will be using the GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon, so basically UNC is ($$), UIUC is ($$$), UT is ($$$), MN is ($$$), William & Mary is ($$), and ASU is ($$$). The GI Bill also makes PSU ($$$), same with Syracuse.
I already know that I am going back into the Marine Corps as a JAG, so job prospects are not a concern for me. Right now I am leaning heavy on PSU (Carlisle) (wife is from PA, job market is good for her, and houses are cheap). So, the only schools that would change that are UNC and UIUC. Do any of you think I should wait to hear from them or am I wasting my time? The waitlist at Wiscy makes me think it ain’t going to happen. I am thinking my DGI is really hurting my chances. Normally I would just wait it out, but I need to make a decision soon because the homebuyers tax credit deadline is coming quick (April 30). Plus I need to move my wife there so she can find a job.
