Chicago Schools - Loyola or DePaul?

I'm in at Loyola and DePaul in Chicago. Loyola is offering $10k per year and must maintain a 3.0 GPA - 90% of merit scholarships were retained in 2009. If you go below 3.0, you still keep half the scholarship. DePaul is offering $15k per year and you must maintain a 3.2 GPA and this amounts to top 35% of the class based on the curve. Scholarships are renewed annually, so at a minimum I am guaranteed $15k but if I go below, I lose it.
Right now I intend to work towards a Tax Certificate at either school and I would like to practice Estate Planning (of course this could change). These are definitely peer schools and in the same city. I feel like the scholarships are close enough in amount and likelihood of renewal to be a wash. Does anyone have any thoughts on why I should choose one or the other.
