BU might be my choice. GMU if you are conservative and want to be involved in politics. Cardozo if you are on a budget.

GWU probably has the best national placement, followed by BU and BC.

Depends on where you want to work.

Chicago - Minnesota
NYC - BU
Boston - BU/BC
DC - GWU, followed by GMU

Don't go to 'Dozo. Also, what grade stipulation does that full ride scholly have?
