Any views?
Berkeley Summer LLM:
1st term with: Contracts, Introduction to US law, Civil Procedure, and choice between IP or Corporations.
2nd term: Professional responsability, constitutional law, legal research and writing and choice between IP, Corporations, Advanced business law course and advanced IP course.
UT LLM: can pick any courses in their curriculum
Which one will open more doors in terms or practice and academia?
