PENN's Wharton business certificate

Does anyone know what the benefit is to getting the certificate? Will it help you land a biglaw job? Is it basically a resume booster?

I know very little about it but am interested as well. My impression is that it is primarily resume booster, but I think it would be cool to take a couple classes at Wharton.

Talking from all the MBA friends and family I have (and I know a lot of MBA holders), they have told me that they didn't learn much in school and by far the best benefit they had from getting an MBA was networking and automatic promotions. This makes sense to me because I feel that business is not something you can learn in a classroom. As a future lawyer, i feel that being able to network with some of the brightest business minds can be extremely useful when trying to bring new clients into a firm.
