Particularly in the world of corporate, securities and business law (I.e. wallstreet)?

If you're looking at New York BigLaw, then I'd say that Michigan has better placement there.

Mich is certainly a bit better, but you wouldn't be insane to choose GULC over Mich if there was money or a strong location preference involved.

Michigan, unless you receive hefty $ from GULC like nealric said.

Do you want to compete against 350 people or 650 people for BigLaw? If you believe in your abilities enough and have a huge desire to attend Gtown, go for it. Personally, ranking+small class size has made Michigan the clear choice for me between the two. I have no preference yet as to where I would like to work so Michigan is perfect for my situation. If you must work in DC, Gtown may be more suited to your situation.

At least this is a decision we get to make though. Not the worst situation in the world to be in.

So true, a lot of posters here would sacrifice their firstborn to be stuck with this choice. I don't think you can go wrong with either excellent school.

Michigan. Mich's first most common destination is NYC. GULC did worse than other schools at OCI partly because of their large class size.

True, but a lot of posters who had even better options pre-ITE would now happily sacrifice their firstborn in order to stanch the hemophiliac financial drain that is law school.
