What do people know about it, other than the information on the website?

I know Villanova is not the most popular school in TLS but, out of 400 currently lurking the boards, someone has got to have cousin's boyfriend's step-sister who got the scholarship.
Are recipients' GPAs and LSATs usually higher than the school's median? How many scholarships are given? Obv, an applicant needs strong public interest/social justice softs. But is that "strong" as in spending your summers constructing community buildings on Native American reservations and working full time at an inner-city shelter for victims of domestic violence or "strong" as in being actively in your local community programs and volunteering consistently for throughout and after college?
Anyone know?
