Emerging public interest regions?

Hey everyone,

I've been thinking of tacking on some applications to my cycle to schools in regions I would otherwise not consider, but may have big prospects for entry level public interest opportunities. Any insight? I'm applying to Mercer, for instance... I am thinking that the South is the region to look at. Anyone know any good resources for this type of information?
