I was originally going to just stay in the Midwest and try to get some $ at Washington U, but I'm thinking about making a vie for the T10. Where would be the best place to ED without selling myself short. If I'm going to do it I want to visit soon (like early next week!)

With that GPA, an app to UC Berkeley and/or UVA wouldn't hurt.

You're in at Virginia if you ED. It's your surest bet at the T10.

I would definitely ED at Virginia. You also have a decent shot at Michigan, Berkeley, and Cornell.

Based on what I've heard on TLS Michigan, Virginia, and Penn sound great. I'm pretty low key in hanging out with friends, not a big fraternity type of person so Virginia's social scene isn't a must. I also want a school that is going to give national options because I don't know if I leave the midwest if I will want to come back :D

Out of the top 10, UVA is probably your best shot. Definitely apply to Berkeley though, Berkeley loves high GPAs and high 160s LSAT is OK. Their admissions procedures are a bit black-boxish though.

btw, see profile, my numbers were similar.

What do you think about my chances at Penn? I think that it would be tied with Berkeley with my favorite. Do you think I have a better chance at Berkeley or Penn ED?
