AA Male Splitter T-20 Chances

AA Male here from Texas state school (Not UT Austin) applying this cycle.

Economics and Political Science double major w/ African American Studies minor
LSAC GPA: 3.07 (This is a result of my own and my fathers medical problems I experienced during college, which I plan to speak on in essays)
LSAT: 166
Softs (weak):
-Lots of internship experience at think tanks, political offices etc.
-Economics Society
-United Black Students
-worked part time my entire time in undergraduate

Chance me for:
Penn
Northwestern
Cornell
Vanderbilt
Wash U
UT Austin
Emory
Notre Dame
USC

URM candidates are the hardest to chance. Write *amazing* personal statements and you could get into some mid T14 schools. That GPA is obviously a bigger issue than the LSAT. I expect Cornell could be a real option. Northwestern too for sure - they like LSATs and seem to care not at all for GPA. Schools ranked from 10 to 25 are probably your best bets

Thank you so much for the advice, yeah I'm thinking Northwestern is probably my best best as far as the t14 goes
