Retake and don't waste your gpa. Just three more points on the LSAT and you're looking at an acceptance to Penn and 120k at Cornell

If you're comfortable with paying sticker, do ED Penn since you prefer it over Cornell.

I feel like if I got into Penn or Cornell with RD, I won't have any scholarship. And it is more likely that I got rejected.
So why not ED.
