Nope, sorry. If those are the schools you want to go to, you are gonna have to retake and wait another year. Kinda random list though to be truthful. Why Upenn if you want to live in NYC?
But I digress. Retake even though it sucks.

Your LSAT is better but still below median, but there are more applicants this year, so probably a wash. I would just take whichever lower T13 gives you the most money.
