153 LSAT and 3.7 GPA
Have worked at a law firm and have good softs.

Low. Less than 25%. Ten more points on the LSAT, though, and you're looking at not only acceptance but real scholarship money. Definitely retake.

EDIT: not saying OP shouldn't retake--definitely should if possible.

I am trying to go to SMU, too. Best of luck to you, 17henry! We can do this. Also, like others before me have said, it never hurts to retake the LSAT.
