Blanket the T13, see what options/scholarships you can get. You should have a pretty decent pick amongst that list.

You absolutely should apply to the entire T13. But you are a virtual lock for H and over 60% odds at Y, if I had to guess. Your application would have to have something glaring in it to not pick up one of YS.

That is a nice GPA, but a 170 LSAT = an amazing cycle? I'd think you'd need a higher LSAT than that to be this optimistic for the top schools!

Don't write an addendum. A 3.8 GPA is plenty strong.
