This sounds more like a rationale for not pursuing the JD

Well, this was a delightful read.

Best of luck with that chipper attitude, OP. Tell us all how it goes when you graduate from your "non-elite" law school.

Op came on tls looking for advice and then summarily rejected most if not all of it... I'd leave him/her to their own devices. Who knows, maybe op maxed out his LSAT potential. It appears that way from the arguments posted at least.

This is flame, nothing to see here folks. They hit on nearly every mantra TLSers love to rail against. New account created today, combined with the inanity of it all, no need to let it get you in a tizzy.

(assuming you're not trolling)

You already have a stable job going on. That is more than a sufficient reason for waiting out a year to retake. If you had already taken it twice, or three times, after months of studying and working your way up from a 130, well, that's different (though you still shouldn't apply with a 149). But it sounds like you barely studied and this is your first take, and you are being inconsiderate to say the least to take on law school without giving yourself the best chances you can by getting a better score and then getting into a better school.
