You've got as good as a chance as anyone at YS. 100% apply.

No, I exist. I just respect the opinion of my professors and wondered if there was something to it. Maybe because they went to law school during the early 90s they do not know about the applicant drop off....

The numbers and URM status alone give you an incredible shot. Some of the other stuff seemed a little...contrived? to me but oh well. Like legit how did you get RA positions with four different law professors as an undergrad? Isn't 10 law school classes like more than your entire 1L? Have you already taken law school exams? Idk man. Something's not totally adding up

I know its weird but I came into undergrad knowing what I wanted to do. I talked to some people, one thing led to another, and here it is...
All right, well, good luck to you. You'll get at least one of Y/S, IMO

Def. worth an application. Your softs are not exceptional, but overall very strong application likely to be admitted to one or both. Relatively few people at HYS go straight through.

echonov wrote:Like everyone else has said, it's certainly worth it to apply, although I don't know how Stanford feels about double matriculants (some schools -- like my alma mater -- disfavor them, and others don't care). LSN gives you an outside shot at Y and a good chance at S. There's no reason not to apply, if you like the schools.

(FWIW, if you want to mask your school, don't mention what law review you work for :) )
An "outside shot?" You must have missed the part where he said he's AA
