3.46/167/URM What are my chances (ARMY FLEP)?
I am hoping to get a few replies from previous Army FLEP recipients more so than my chances of getting into a particular school. If this isn't the right board to post this on I'd be delighted if someone could send me to the right board. FLEP is the Funded Legal Education Program for the military. I have combat experience, many badges and awards, I have a Masters with a 3.7gpa. I have 1 ACOM OER and 1 Highly Qualified OER. How much will my ugpa hurt my chances of being accepted for FLEP? I am putting together my packet from now until October. I want to attend Vanderbilt and I think I have a good chance of being accepted there. TIA for any advice and suggestions.

My ACOM was for XO time, Highly Qualified was for 8 months PL time, probably won't receive another evaluation until after the FLEP board convenes. Are you pretty confident it was the evaluations they look at most? If you don't mind me asking, what was your ugpa and military experience prior to applying? Just trying to gage my chances.
