What?!? Of course you should retake. Don't waste that GPA. I scored a little higher than you last October, took a year off, studied, now I'm PTing mid 160s. Just browse through the forums, there are plenty of great retake guides/advice.

Did you self study? Take a course? The schools you mentioned have terrible career outcomes.

It depends on what your goal is. 150-160 takes getting the fundamentals down, its gets harder after that. Don't get discouraged, law school will always be there. Review your last test and drill your weaknesses. Did you use the Cambridge packets before you started PTing? The games section takes a lot of drilling, most improvable section IMO
