You have a good chance now. But you should retake in June. Two more points and you're essentially guaranteed and will get money.

Retake. Also, don't write an addendum to try and explain away the early lower grades.

You have a good shot. Moreover, you should continue working on writing/grammar and syntax before you get to law school. I'm sure you've made tremendous improvement since coming to the states, but your construction still seems a little rough (hate to judge an online post, but I believe it's relevant.) Your peers at Cornell or any other T14 will all be excellent writers, quick readers and impressive speakers, and your evaluation is entirely timed reading/writing based.

You are basically EXACTLY on medians. Only thing that could screw this up is time.
