At the 25th LSAT and near the 75th GPA. I've sent in most my apps out already, but was wondering if it's worth the $105. Any thoughts?

100% send it out. It's a once in a lifetime expense, and it's an applicant's market.

I would try for a fee waiver. Either way, I think it's worth it whether its a top choice or a school for leverage.

I tried to solicit a fee waiver at NYU this cycle and it didn't work even though i'm above both medians.
even so, i would still send in an app.

Apply regardless of the fee waiver. You will likely be able to use an NYU admit to get far, far more than $105 from a lower ranked school in scholarship money if you choose to go that route.
I got accepted to 2/3 CCN last year and I was at their 75th LSAT and 25th GPA. You have a shot. Take it.

Sounds like retake is the best call here
But yea, with that spread, definitely worth applying
