I wouldn't ED at GULC with numbers like that. You still have a good chance at a better school / money somewhere else. You can always apply in the fall if it doesn't work out this year. You'd be really screwed by making a financially disastrous decision because you were impatient.

NU RD or UVA ED seem like much more sensible choices.

While I think you'll get into other places via RD, ED UVA should be a fairly safe bet.
