What are my chances at Northwestern JD/MBA (if you can't give a chance for the dual program what about Northwestern JD program itself?)

Solid for Northwestern law, pretty good shape for the MBA (though Kellogg is pretty competitive). Depends a lot on what your work experience is in.
Unless you must stay in Chicago for some reason (in which case you should probably apply to Chicago + Booth), also look into Columbia's joint program, and definitely look at Penn/Wharton. All three of those options, finances aside, are probably better than NU/Kellogg.

You look good for the JD, MBA would depend on your work experience.

Applications are reviewed by Kellogg first and Law only if Kellogg says admit (for a joint admission, they may pass along if you don't make the Kellogg cut). Your numbers are sufficient so it really depends on the strength of your w/e and essays.
